TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By signing below, I authorize Red Rock Marina and its designated service provider, Saylorville Lake Marina, to perform the services selected on this form. I understand that final charges may vary based on actual labor, materials, vessel condition, and additional authorized repairs.

REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY WORK BEING DONE

1. A Merchant Agreement Form must be on file before work will be completed.

2. Daily storage and/or dockage fees may be applied to vessels not picked up within 48 hours of completion.

3. All balances must be paid in full prior to haul out and/or release of the vessel.
